The chalet is composed of two levels accessible by an interior staircase, built in 1850, last renovation in 2015. It is located in the center, bordering a waterway. Close to shops, 150 meters from alpine ski departures (CHAMP GIGUET) and ESF as well as cross-country ski trails (Beauregard cable car). Ground floor terrace and access to a private courtyard adjacent to the chalet.
