The perfect, newly remodeled, waterfront getaway in La Conner, WA. This beautiful open concept cottage has spacious living space for all entertainment needs. Relax and watch a movie on the big couch, enjoy your morning coffee on the wrap-around deck, and/or take a walk on the private beach.

The welcoming Historic La Conner town is just minutes away with lots of great food options, museums, and fun boutiques. If you are in the mood to explore a little more - Anacortes is just 20 minutes away and Deception Pass Bridge is about 20 minutes away.

This beach cottage is suitable for a romantic couple's retreat or small families with children. Please be informed that this property is on a slope with limited fencing. There are stairs to get down to the private beach. There are also stairs (aprx. 11 steps) to enter the cottage. All children, including teenagers, must be supervised at all times. The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur to any member of the rental party.

A bit of background on the city of La Conner pulled from Experience WA. “ La Conner is a small town of 900 residents built on the banks of the Swinomish Channel, which leads to the Salish Sea and gives La Conner much of its color and atmosphere. Walk down the new boardwalk along the channel to take in the distinct seaside ambiance that comes with watching fishing boats and pleasure crafts navigate their way toward the world-famous San Juan Islands. Crowning the channel is Rainbow Bridge, the Golden Gate of La Conner. Family Weekend

Long weekend with wife and in-laws. Stayed here while we hiked North Cascades and visited the islands. Wonderful, comfortable, scenic. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Don’t Miss This Amazing Rental

Everything about this place was remarkable. The location and view are memorable, and the house itself is well equipped, spacious and creates privacy. The deck, the beach and the fire pit made it difficult to spend any time inside. Lots of activities nearby. We’ll be back!

Amazing property

My sister and I stayed at this wonderful beach cabin for a long weekend. The home was cozy, but very spacious. Well decorated and very functional. The owner provided detailed information and was available if needed, although we never needed to contact her. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was beautiful. The couch was comfortable for watching movies or for just watching the water. It was cold out with some snow and ice on the ground, but we still took the opportunity to sit out on the deck and make our way down to the beautiful beach where we saw an eagle fly overhead. Such a peaceful and relaxing place. We loved every minute of our stay and were truly sad to have to leave. We will be back!!

A Sylvan, Bayside Getaway

It was such a pleasure to stay here, a comfortable cottage on the shore of Skagit Bay. Once you settle in the house, it becomes an isolated, bucolic respite, though you're only a couple of miles from downtown La Conner. The house is comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. Its internet connection is quite fast, so Netflix and other sites connected without a hitch. During our stay, there was an area electrical outage one evening. Our host, Diana, was very helpful, contacting the power company for the status of the power, and pointing us to the house's supply of flashlights. For those with accessibility issues, note that there are 13 steps down from the house's parking area to the front door. In summary, if you're looking for a place to stay while visiting La Conner, look no further. This is it.

Quiet getaway

It is the perfect house to unwind with friends. It has spectacular views, great beach and very quiet. The driveway took a little getting used to and we passed up the road a couple of times, but it was all worth it. Diana was very prompt and helpful when we had a little trouble with the door lock. Highly recommend this home.

Perfect beach cottage

The property was in an excellent location, just a few mins away from La Conner. The town had plenty of dining options and is a great place to just walk around. The cottage itself had everything we needed, was very nicely decorated and peaceful. The photos don't really do the place justice -- its more spacious than it seems in the images. The view was outstanding and we took the time to walk on the beach each day. Only caveat is the beach is rocky so wear your thick-soled athletic shoes.

March getaway

We were looking for a getaway close to home and am so glad that we found this place. The directions were helpful since it is difficult to see the property from the street. The pictures in the listing are accurate and the property was clean; however, there was a little musty smell when we opened the door. We opened windows and door and were able to air it out. We spent a lot of time on the deck looking out at the water and down at the beach. The steps up and down are a good workout. Great location about 8 minutes from the town of LaConner. We would definitely come back.

Wonderful Escape

My husband and I travel to the pNW several times a year. We chose LaConner this time around. The house was beautiful, and had everything we needed. I always choose a home based on views, king size bed, and spa. This home does not have a spa, but has everything else. The drive there from Everette was stunning! The owner was very easy to communicate with. Would return.
