Family house 4 bedrooms in La Couarde, near the center and the beach

Large functional family home full foot, 600 meters walk from the village and the beach (our girls of 1 year and a half and 4 years walk there). Composed of 4 bedrooms with 1 bathroom and 1 bathroom and baby equipment.

Possibility to park 3 cars inside the house.

the garden of the house is completely enclosed.

there are two spaces in the house, one with a parental suite (bed of 160) which can receive an umbrella bed with the adjoining bathroom. on the other side of the living room there are three bedrooms, two with 140 beds, and one twin bedroom with a cot in the bedroom. a bathroom with changing table.

Both toilets are independent

the living room opens through a French window to a patio at the back of the house.

the house was renovated last year.

This is our family home, it is equipped as a house where we live year-round. The equipment is far better than standard vacation rentals.
It has all the necessary comforts like at home with a washing machine, a dryer, dishwasher, large refrigerators, a freezer, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker and a Tassimo machine, a Kenwood robot, barbecue weber, free wifi, garden table, TV, DVD player, etc ...
the house has a large garage to put your bikes.
at the back of the house there is a large patio for lunch at the shelter.

You can bring your own linen (duvets and pillow provided).
Otherwise, you can rent linen on site for 15 € / person for the stay, which includes:
- bed linen (duvet cover, flat sheet and 2 pillowcases) and beds made on arrival.
- 1 bath towel and a towel / person.
- bath mat
 - tea towels for the kitchen.
On-site bicycle rental (extra charge).
