Very beautiful villa of 150m2 facing south for 8 people, quiet and close to the sea (1.9km) 6 min by car or 25 min on foot. Saint Tropez is 20 minutes by car.
The villa has a view of the garden from every room of the house, and a clear view of the hill.
American kitchen completely redone in 2023, new appliances, opening onto the terrace through a large bay window, living room - dining room opening onto the garden through a large bay window.
A first room on the ground floor with a large double bed. Bathroom, with walk-in shower, 180 cm bath and suspended toilet. Equipped laundry, with new washing machine and dryer from Miele brand. Separate toilet with sink.
Upstairs, three bedrooms all facing south and overlooking the garden and pool. The first has a large double bed and has a bathroom with bathtub. The two other rooms, in a row, each have two single beds, and a shared shower room communicating with each of the two bedrooms. A separate toilet upstairs.
There are therefore three toilets in total.
