Villa Sans Pareil is a typical Provençal house - a famous Provençal architect had originally built it for his self – and is located above the town centre of La Croix Valmer. It is built into the side of a hill and has a fantastic view of the ocean and landscape. You can take walks from the house for hours. The beach is 8 minutes away by car. It has two floors, a large living room and a dining room, a spacious kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, antique and Provençal furniture, three terraces, a hillside garden typical for the Mediterranean with palms, cypresses, cactus, bougainvillea and other lusciously blooming shrubs, a covered and protected parking space for one car - to put it in a nut shell - it is a dream.
Thanks to its natural location as a single-family home on a hill and surrounded by a garden, it guarantees great protection against contamination by COVID-19.
The house is equipped with vintage and Provençal furniture as well as all necessary equipment (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, satellite television, hi-fi system etc.). It offers free Wifi with fiber optics connection.
