The stay was good at the Quality Inn in La Crosse as always. The only issue I had was at check-in they charge a fee for incidentals in which I do understand. I have stayed at this property several times and they do know i never leave the room in disarray.

Staff Friendly. Breakfast was ok. You could hear the lady putting everything in the microwave. Biscuits were old and ice cold. We had to microwave them. Hallways and elevator always stunk. The elevator is on its last leg. The room was clean but worn down. Did not smell great either. The AC is on its last leg too. The rooms were nothing like the pictures from Expedia. For the price it was ok. Would not stay here again.

Had to make sure to pull or push the door shut, if we didn't it did not close properly. There was a humming coming from the walls and it vibrated in the bathroom, toilet.

Quality inn

It was a nice place with decent amenities. The breakfast bar was fantastic with many hot options and wide variety of everything. The employee in charge of the breakfast spread was very friendly and did a great job of keeping things full. Beds were comfy and room was quiet Nice shower as well. Convenient to downtown lacrosse and Onalaska.
