Fabulous service, lovely pools, comfy beds, lots of chaise loungers, good beverages, entertainment was not so great, food was good, rooms very large, air conditioning in middle of the night did not work… constant complains I made. Attempted to fix, but it never improved. Nights are rather boring as there is nothing to do except go to the disco with horrible music.

There was a group 14 of us. The rooms were great, they are so big and the beds are so comfy. The food was really good. We had great steak at Bordeaux, great pasta and risotto and Portofino, great ribs at Seaside Grill. The grill at the beach for lunch serves great burgers, chicken wings, hot dogs, and nachos just to name a few. Two of have celiac disease so we have to eat gluten free. No problems at all. Playing beach volley ball, pickleball and yoga was also great! No complaints - it is a great resort!

Good smaller sized resort in a nice quiet area. The rooms were very spacious and staff kept the property in nice shape. The restaurant no reservation system created a lot of waiting and it seemed odd to have the same system at the buffet (Ive never had that before at an AI). Oceana and Bordeaux were fantastic, room service was quick and easy. Portofino was a huge disappointment but I dont want to overshadow the positives with the negatives. I do wish they labeled their food allergens better (some were clearly wrong) and that they extended the warnings beyond the app and onto buffet signs. I spent the first 4 days eating gluten (I'm gluten free) because of poor labels. They always ask if you have allergies but the only time they acted accordingly was at Bordeaux and Oceana. All in all I'd go back.

The food was absolutely horrible and the poorest quality possible, honestly, it shouldn’t be allowed to be served. That makes the experience pretty awful when it’s all inclusive resort. if you decide to stay here plan for a rental because you’re going to have to leave this resort to enjoy some decent food. The dream we thought we was walking into turned out to be more of a nightmare. The facilities are old. You’ll see at the grand entrance that the place is old. The drinks are the poorest quality of drinks. I mean, they don’t even have Malibu, that’s insane. The room was actually nice, however, there is no heat in the hotel at all so on cold nights you’ll actually be cold. They only cleaned our room one time and the one time they tried to clean it. They never changed the sheets so wasn’t even clean and they also rummage through our things. I don’t not recommend this hotel. I would never stay here off the food alone again food and drinks are absolutely Horrendous.

Hands down a great resort to spend your vacation. The hotel staff were endlessly working delivering great service. The food was delicious and night life/entertainment was fun. Would definitely recommend this resort to family and friends. We would come here again.
