By far- the BEST hotel option in LaGrande!! Wish the rates weren’t as high… but staff was VERY friendly, and it was a comfortable, CLEAN room

I was not told our room joined another room. When I requested a different room the woman told me they had no rooms available. I asked the new desk person at 11:47 pm if they had booked every room I was told they had several openings. I do not appreciate lying.

It's brand new so that is nice. The bed was too soft we went home with bad backs.

Wi-Fi did not work at first, had to use a password from front desk, We were charged twice because of conflict with Expedia, did get a refund for the over charge. Breakfast was minimal, they were out of coffee creamer? Facility was clean, room too.

I paid for my hotel through the Expedia app and then the hotel double charges me for the room. I called a few days ago to have the billing problem corrected and I am still waiting for a manager to refund me my money.

We booked the King studio. The placement of the TV is awkward. It doesn't face the bed or couch and does not have a swing arm mount. There was fast food left in the fridge. The shower head is a little hugh for us shortngals to chamge the water flow. The rooms are.spacious. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was simple but good with lots of seating. Kids loved the pool. We would stay here again.
