This property was even better than I expected!! big size, living room, and kitchen area and open floor plan, nice bedrooms with soft sheets and good pillow pillows. The place was extremely clean when we arrived!! we also left the place very clean when we left:) the parking spot was perfect to be on the beach since there is really not parking down on the Shores that it’s easy. My girls and I took beach chairs to the beach one day and we went to all the restaurants and beach shops. We did hear the people above us walking around. But I knew this going in and the noise was not bad at all. The neighbors in this 4 place condo were kind/pleasant and all respectful. I highly recommend this VRBO property.

Very clean place, and we love that it was so close to the beach. We would like to comment on how thin the walls / floors are, and we could hear the upstairs neighbors all night. Also, we like to cook on our vacations, but many of the pans in the kitchen were too scratched to cook with.

Great location

Nice condo in a great location. Super easy walk to just about everything. La Jolla Shores Beach is a block away. Grocery store is a 5 minute drive and opens at 5 am if you don't want to deal with traffic. Condo is as shown in the photos. A couple things to understand, it is 4 plex, so there can be lots of doors slamming. Only an issue the first night, then the noisy neighbors left. Parking in La Jolla is really bad, so having off street parking is great. Parking at the unit is tight, small SUV is about as big as would fit. Having laundry in the unit is a nice, the dryer needs new bearings so it is very loud, just run it when you are out enjoying the beach.

La Jolla Shores spring break!

Family of four here, kids 13 and 14. Great condo in a four unit building. Clean, well laid out, comfortable. Location was absolutely perfect for us! Amazingly quiet at night while still very close to beach, restaurants, and shops. Parking is a bit tight, but it works. Easy to drive to other adventures, but we loved not having to! Thanks for an amazing vacation, can’t wait to go back!

Great Stay in La Jolla Shores

Loved this place right in the heart of La Jolla Shores. My wife, son, and I stayed five nights. There was plenty of room for the three of us. It was right around the corner from all the shops and restaurants. And it was a short two-block walk to the La Jolla Shores park and beach. I'd stay there again.

Fantastic Getaway Spot

This apartment is fantastic. The location is perfect. It's near the beach and beach walk, yet is quiet and feels very private. While it has an extremely well equipped kitchen, there was little need to cook since the adjoining street is chock full of really good resteraunts. We highly recommend this property and would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a great stay at the condo! The location was perfect, one block from the beach. The condo was clean and perfect for our family. It had all the amenities we needed. The only drawback was parking. It was a little tight with our large SUV. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Location, Location, Location

You can’t beat this condo’s short walk to the ocean, 600 steps! It is exactly as pictured and very comfortable. We had a few questions at the beginning and Laden was quick to respond or stop by and resolve these small things. The condo is remarkably quiet given the proximity to the village, and we sat at the outdoor table each evening. I would highly recommend this condo for comfort and convenience.
