Provencal villa 200m ² located in a dead calm and quiet at 1,5 km from the beaches and 300m walk from shops. It is intended for family renting. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information by clicking on "contact the owner".

The Villa with a large living dining room 50m2 opens onto a garden of 670m² very green furnished with a large wooden terrace around the pool (8m x 4m) and outdoor shower.

It has a parental suite 40m ² and 6 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 toilets and a Jacuzzi. This house offers all the equipment and modern comfort to welcome 14 people.


The shady path of Annamitte a few meters from the house runs along the vineyards to the sea and the Village without crossing any car, ideal for hikers.

The Villa is composed of a house and an Annex:

Living room and American kitchen (50 m²), Air conditioning, TV and International Satellite TV, master suite upstairs (40m²) with Jacuzzi, 4 bedrooms on the ground floor, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets, washing machine, dishwasher, micro- wave, ... etc

The Londe, backed by the Massif des Maures and bordering the salines of Hyères, faces the islands of Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Le Levant for which it is an ideal pier from April to November. The Londe is a privileged place where everyone can vary, at their own pace and with their greens, their pleasures, their leisure activities and their sports activities. The equipment of the resort, its professionals and the exceptional sunshine (300 days a year) undeniably make this village of Provence d'Azur, a "destination four seasons".

• The villa is perfectly suited for family stays (parents and children) or for couples and friends aged 35 and over, ideal for enjoying a calm and relaxing environment.

Perfect Experience From Start To Finish

Really great arrival and welcome from the property manager who patiently dealt with our inability to speak French and managed to give us a detailed tour. Incredibly friendly owner who had a genuine interest in our safety and enjoyment…and as for the property…wow! Amazing! A bargain and it feels a lot bigger than in the photographs when you’re actually there which was perfect for our big family of 12!

Perfection!

We stayed for two weeks in June 2020. We are a family of 4; with 2 teen boys. This home over-delivered on every account. The communication before our arrival was timely and efficient. The check-in was smooth and we were given a thorough walk-through of the property. The beds were made for us on arrival (20/person), hand and bath towels provided, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools. Beds were comfortable and all the rooms were very clean. The pool was wonderful. Our friends stayed in the "annex" and were very comfortable. They also had to work and the wi-fi was adequate for them while they worked poolside at the table. The home also has 3 washing machines which helped us all. While on our vacation, we went to Gorge du Verdon, Monaco, Italy, Ile de Porquerolles, the local beaches, and to see the lavender. This home was in the perfect location for all of the sites. An added bonus is the security gate around the whole property. We were very happy to stay for two weeks and would do so again. This house is perfect for a large or small group. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A family holiday to remember!

Overall excellent, well equipped and very well located for the small town and the local beaches. The property was tastefully furnished, particularly the master bedroom. All other rooms were very comfortable, however we felt that the annex was somewhat lacking both in the level of storage and was somewhat spartan in its appearance. A few pictures on the walls or even a mirror would have made all the difference.

Spent a week here and had a great time. The owners were really nice and helpful. The house is very comfortable and modern with a nice pool. The area is very beautiful with lots of nice beaches and there is an amazing bakery just around the corner. Couple of things to note: no barbecue, you need to get your own, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the whole of the riviera this year (nothing to do with the house), the annex can have 4 people but it is small so would recommend they known each other well! Great stay all around!

Perfect villa in great location for a large family holiday.

We had a wonderful holiday. The newly refurbished villa is brilliantly placed in a quiet location but just a short walk to the shops and beach. The house is spacious, clean and well equipped with everything that you could want. Bathrooms are great with excellent showers and there is a jacuzzi bath in the master suite. We spent hours in the swimming pool which was maintained during our stay. The owners were fantastic and communicated with us every step of the way, giving us information. They were really helpful and we felt well looked after and that they really wanted us to have a great holiday. We didn't want for anything. The town and surrounding area is absolutely beautiful and there are lots of great bars, restaurants and things to do.

Très beau séjour

Nous sommes un groupe de 9 amis, dont 4 couples, et nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans ce logement. Très bonne situation, en bout de rue, donc très calme, sans vis-à-vis. Maison bien équipée, literie correcte, vaisselle en suffisance. La douche chaude à la piscine est très appréciable . Accès aux commerces ou à la mer très facile. Le gérant, très sympathique, a été très réactif suite à un petit incident technique. Seul bémol, la présence des moustiques certains jours. Mais c’est propre à la région, la saison … et non à la maison.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Haus mit unseren Freunden sehr genossen. Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und 8 Kindern da und hatten alle genug Platz. Es gibt einen großen Holztisch auf der Terrasse an dem alle problemlos Platz hatten. Der Pool war das Highlight für unsere Kinder! Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und ein Supermarkt ist auch nicht weit weg. Wir würden wieder hinfahren 👍.

Wir,als Familie waren für 2 Wochen in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus. Wir haben eine ganz tolle Zeit gehabt, vom einchecken bis zum auschecken hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Mooi verblijf in villa op rustige plek

Wij hebben met de gehele familie een fijn verblijf gehad in de villa. Een ieder had een eigen slaapkamer en de villa was van elk gemak voorzien! Het zwembad was een heerlijke optie. De kinderen hebben er elke dag gebruik van gemaakt. Aangezien de villa aan een doodlopende weg ligt is er geen verkeerslawaai. De faciliteiten in het dorp zijn op loopafstand. De correspondentie met de eigenaar ging prima en behulpzaam! Ik zou deze villa zeker voor grotere gezelschappen aanbevelen!

Noël à la Londe en famille

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans la villa et nous étions 6 adultes et 2 ados. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. La saison ne nous a pas permis de profiter des extérieurs mais la maison est spécieuse, confortable et bien équipée. Les chambres en particuliers sont très grandes. Le chemin piéton qui passe juste derrière la maison est super agréable et pratique pour rejoindre le centre ville ou le port et les plages. Bref un séjour parfait pour les fêtes de Noël.

Excellente semaine passée dans cette grande maison bien pensée, de qualité et tout confort ! Nous avons apprécié les nombreuses chambres et la cuisine très spacieuse. Nous avons passé le plus clair de notre temps dans la piscine très agréable et sur la terrasse qui est bien adaptée à un grand groupe ! Le coin nuit à l’opposé de la piscine et du coin salle à manger a été très apprécié pour les siestes ! La dépendance est de moins bonne « «finition » que le reste de la maison mais rend bien service avec ses 2 chambres supplémentaires et sa salle de bain / wc. Celle-ci a également permis aux personnes « sans enfants en bas âge » de dormir au calme car séparée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la localisation de la maison : au bout d’une ruelle, très au calme, tout à côté de la promenade des Annamites qui est top et à proximité à pied du centre ville et ses commerces ! La plage est à 5 min en voiture et on trouve sans problème des parkings gratuits. En résumé, nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette très belle villa, spacieuse et luxueuse avec sa super piscine ! Nous la recommandons sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir si l’occasion se présente.

La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée, nous nous sommes sentis comme "chez nous". Nous étions 7 adultes et 4 ados, ces derniers ont fort apprécié d'être dans l'annexe. Assez de place pour parquer les 3 voitures. Le quartier est très calme et le chemin des Anamites tout à côté pour nous emmener au port, aux plages, commerces et restaurants à pieds ou en vélos. Apres un.accueil et une visite au top Nous avons pus directement profitez des installations. Toutes les chambres sont confortables, la cuisine et salle de sejour immense. On a passer le lus clair du temps sur la grande terrasse et les enfants dans la piscine. Les salles de bain hyper confortables. Proche du centre. il est facile de se rendre à la boulangerie ou superette le matin par la grand route ou le chemin pietonnier juste à côté. Le Monsieur de l'intendance esr vraiment très sympa et agréable, disponnible à tout moment. Nous esperons revenir. Magnifique villa
