The Perenquen is a beautiful property in the green north of Tenerife. It features breathtaking views (of the ocean, the Teide, and the mountains), heated swimming pool, and high speed internet (1GB optic fiber). The Perenquen is located in an area called “Puntillo del Sol", which owes its name to the number of days the sun shines a year! It is also conveniently located to explore the island, and It is a 12 minutes drive from Puerto de la Cruz and a 15 minutes drive from Santa Cruz de Tenerife. This two-bedroom apartment has been recently renovated and features a great view of the ocean and mountains directly from its private outdoor space. It comes with all of the basic amenities to be able to enjoy your stay. It also has a 50” Smart TV and an outdoor table to enjoy the view and the beautiful weather. The Perenquen has 6 apartments and therefore is possible to reserve more than one apartment to stay with your friends and family. You will have free access to the heated swimming pool, tropical garden, sun loungers, and washing machine (in the laundry room). Also included is high speed internet access (1GB fiber optic) and parking. Only if necessary, but always available for questions and tips! **There is construction in the vicinity and prices have been reduced accordingly. Noise levels during working hours vary and are beyond our control. Construction hours are between 8:30am and 3pm, Monday through Friday.** OTHER DETAILS - Self-checkin with smart lock (you will receive a code). - Guest registration required before arrival. - Car is recommended.
