The House is comfortable, simple and functional, ideal for large families or groups of friends who need lots of space and have comfort. The pool is completely new and very attractive for your Exclusive Use, and the gardens have many different corners to discover. The House has got a terrace ideal for enjoying the beautiful sunsets. The main level of the house is situated on the first floor (141 m2) with 3 bedrooms+ 3 bathrooms, dining area, sitting area, terrace with all the views and a kitchen. There are 15 different types of trees including dragos, avocado trees and orange trees (you can serve yourself). It is very convenient to know that the House is next to the famous restaurant Casa Juan, which is so good that our customers mention repeatedly. This restaurant has a Take Away service in case you prefer to stay at home. For more dining options you can drive 3 minutes to the village of La Matanza (with a wide offer of typical, simple and value restaurants ). Also you can get to Puerto de la Cruz in 12 minutes, that offers many shops, restaurants and long avenues to walk and sit on the cafés. If you prefer, as it is half way between all the attractions of the North and the capital Santa Cruz, only 20 minutes away, which is a modern city with lots of shopping options, restaurants and numerous cruises on the harbour.
