The hotel itself is great. The staff are very kind and eager to help with any task (e.g., arranging transport). The room-service is affordable and shockingly fast. It is a great resort hotel, but just be aware that with traffic its an hour to city center so it can feel very isolating.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean with a nice view. The housekeeper Zainab was wonderful and cleaned our room so well. The receptionist was helpful and kind. Location is great. It’s close to the train station and the mall. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
