MAAR 1. Located in El Cotillo, this 130 m² duplex welcomes up to five guests with two bedrooms, two living rooms, and two bathrooms. You will find a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second terrace with sea views on the upper floor, as well as another spacious bedroom on the ground floor next to an indoor garden. The leisure room offers a sofa bed and a work desk. The integrated living, kitchen, and dining area provides plenty of space, comfort, and sea views. The private, fully equipped kitchen includes Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a fan, and a TV.
Enjoy your 60 m² private terrace and west-facing solarium, ideal for admiring the stunning sunsets of El Cotillo. The glass-enclosed indoor garden merges nature and design, creating your personal oasis of tranquility and discreet luxury.
Parking is available in front of the property. Events are not allowed. Currently, there is construction on a nearby plot across the street, but this does not affect the sea views, as the apartment faces the ocean.
