Overlooking the Natural Park sand dunes, its just minutes into town or to the stunning golden sandy beaches. It's also very close to the fabulous water park and bustling "El Campanario" center, encompassing bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and a great supermarket. The landscaped private gardens host to larger than average private pool, heated in winter, with mosaic tiles and Roman steps to the shallow end, covered in the cool dining area with its own bar and plenty of space to sunbath and relax in the large patio areas.
