This 3 room flat of 48 m², is located on the 2nd floor (with lift) and is equipped for 6 people. It includes :
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (160*200) and TV
- A bedroom with bunk beds (90*190 et 140*190) and TV
- A living room with 1 sofa bed, 1 TV
- A kitchen area with 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 1 oven, 3 ceramic hobs, 1 fridge, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster
- A bathroom with toilet and washing machine
- A shower with toilet
The balcony with a view of the fir trees (limited view) faces west. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking flat / Pets not allowed
No WIFI.

THE RESIDENCE :
Recent residence combining lauze, stone and wood directly near the centre of the resort. It has a wellness area: small heated indoor swimming pool (10m*5m) with unlimited access. Billiards in the reception lounge and laundry facilities.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD :
In the centre of Les Coches, close to all the amenities and shops as well as the nursery and the ESF. Many events take place on the Place du Carreau. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in the covered car parks under the Zig Zag and Traverse residences nearby, to be reserved through us.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be booked in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes...
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
