This is a beautiful property, but the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the parking. We were informed that limited parking is available at the 'Puerto Marina car park, located 650 meters from the hotel'. However, it would have been much more helpful to provide a specific address for the parking lot, as the GPS doesn’t recognize the location with just 'Puerto Marina car park.' Fortunately, we were able to find free parking just outside the hotel. We want to mention the parking confusion to help others who might find themselves in the same situation. Aside from this, our one-night stay was great!

From our arrival until our check out the staff at Estimar went above and beyond to meet our needs. The property is brand new and beautiful, everything was very clean. Rooms are well designed and decorated, bed is comfortable and the complementary minibar is a plus! Breakfast is varied and delicious with enough options to satisfy your needs, including a gluten free section. You can make yourself delicious coffee with an espresso machine and also mimosas if you’re in the mood for it!! Special thanks to our bartender Francesca for making delicious cocktails and our Friday night memorable!! Thank you to everyone in the staff for being professional and welcoming! Booked this hotel through Expedia and 2 days before the trip, Valencia was flooded. Due to the roads into the area being flooded, I contacted Expedia to cancel my reservation but was within my 48 cancellation period so a cancellation fee of 1 day was to be deducted. Expedia attempted to contact the hotel multiple times to see if the cancellation fee could be waived due to a natural disaster but the hotel never responded. This hotel does not respond to third party booking sites and due to that, not only was the cancellation fee not waived but they never refunded the remainder of my original booking. I have been dealing with this for over a month with no resolution in sight.

Great staff, all happy and smiling, in for a couple of words and accommodating. The room with sea-view was great, comfortable and I have enjoyed the balcony every day. The rooftop terras is the place to be (open from Fridays to Sundays) and do indulge yourselves in the great breakfast that awaits you after a peaceful night. Definitely coming back!
