At the check in the employee said she doesn’t care if I like the room received. I should use whatever I was assigned.What ever room And if I don’t like it I can cancel the rest of the bookings I have through out the year since it is what it is. I didn’t ask to change the view or room size, just I don’t like the room with the small bathroom. And I know there are a few specific rooms with this type of bathrooms on that side of the building. It is 308 and 208. The rest are ok on that side. After a long argument she gafe me the room at the other side of the hotel but still with the small bathroom

This was a great stay with one small strange thing that happened. All but one of the staff were really kind and friendly. The bar staff at the pool super nice and the desk clerks. And our servers. It is a gorgeous property and the pool is amazing. You are super close to the beach and can sit and have breakfast and see it. The one weird thing was we had breakfast ($18 for the buffet) at one of the tables by the pool. As we walked through the restaurant to the elevators my friend got a small package of crackers and was informed icily by a staff that the buffet time was over. It was rude and my friend was embarrassed. It was literally a small pack of like two crackers. The rest of the visit was great though.

Nice hotel 20m from the beach. Hotel restaurant nice but limited food choices especially for children and vegetarians. Rooms lovely but smaller than expected. Nice pool area. Not many decent eateries outside in the local area.

Could have been so much better. Room cleaning took all day and usually not completed till late afternoon rendering the room unusable ALL DAY. If you pay for a hotel like this - you should be able to use the room for an afternoon sleep surely!!! Restaurant food was ok but NO VEGAN options and service was slow. Could have been a nice stay - but was spoilt by simple basic things not seemingly important to them.

Affordable Beach getaway

We really enjoyed ourself but we were unhappy that the front desk was so understaffed. It took us 30 minutes to check out (honestly just to hand our keys in). The rooms are lovely but not big. The area is kid friendly but a not big town. We would come back. 20 minutes from Valencia centre❣️
