The kitchen, overlooking the living room, is fully equipped (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, hob, hood, kettle, toaster, washing machine).

A first bedroom has a bed 160 x 200 cm (queen size) and storage, a private terrace directly on the outside in a garden.
A second bedroom offers a king size bed 180 x 200 cm and a large closet.
