Welcome to DESERT PLACE- 3-BEDROOMS* Sleeps 6 adults. A great place to relax and get away from it all. This desert oasis has 3 bedrooms with a beautiful new modern pool and hot tub in backyard with 360 Mountain Views. The house is set in a private setting with Modern Decor. Fully equipped Kitchen, BBQ on Patio. There are multiple lounging and entertainment areas. Additionally (x2)Sofas are convertible beds. Desert Place is only a 5-minute drive to Coachella and Stage Coach music Festivals and minutes to endless hiking and biking trails.
ADDITIONAL FEES: POOL and SPA heating available with additional fee. PET (dogs only) Fees apply.
It’s not a PARTY HOUSE. City has strict ordinance about loud music/ voices/amplified speakers and have fines for violation are $1000+ issued to guests.

Pool use: No diving, jumping, rough play or running around pool allowed.
