This villa had several things broken, and needed carpets cleaned. Basically, needed some updating. Also, needed better lighting in living room.We did enjoy the deck.Master bedroom suite was nice, but second bedroom was very small.

We Stayed 3 nights, the location of the condo within the community was as good as it gets, overlooking the main courtyard and pool area while still remaining quiet and private. The unit itself was much larger than expected with all the amenities we needed. The balcony was the real treat and large enough to host a dinner

Another Excellent Stay!

Everything was great! The location, the unit, the booking process, communication ... everything! This was the best outdoor space we've had - the deck is very big and overlooks the hammocks, lap pool, and main court. We've booked via California Vacation Villas multiple times and it's always seamless. Yahayra is extremely helpful and makes everything easy.

Great location and amenities! Cleanliness and responsiveness of property manager was excellent. Could use a few upgrades to make it more comfortable and fresh! Bedding and pillows need replacing, refrigerator had a leaking ice maker and signs of persistent water damage under kitchen sink.

PERFECT ESCAPE FROM COASTAL JUNE GLOOM

With the horrible coastal June gloom, we jumped at the chance to spend a few days in La Quinta before summer school. This was a perfect location for our quick trip - easy to book, easy access, and most importantly plenty of sun and great POOLS at Legacy Villas. I loved the location, just a few minute drive from the market and movie theater, quick walk to La Quinta resort. Packing up, my teenager was asking when we could return - if you can impress your teenager, you have a winner.
