A portable crib, stroller, and high chair may be available upon request.
Pets may be welcome based on the submission of the breed and upon approval will incur a non-refundable $200 per pet fee- dogs only.
Only one car is allowed in the gated community. One garage parking spot is available.
We also have a 2019 Mini Convertible, 2015 BMW 5 Series, and a 2022 7 passenger VW Tiguan available for rent.

This beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath and single-story studio has all the amenities for an enjoyable vacation. TV with movie channels, gas fireplace, microwave, mini fridge, new carpeting, and an attached, secure, private garage at no extra charge.
The large, covered patio is perfect for private casual meals or cocktails. It is just steps from a luxurious saltwater lap pool and spa, and the main clubhouse, which features a restaurant, fitness center, multiple pools, outdoor barbeque, hammock garden, and spa. This studio offers the perfect balance of serenity, privacy, and convenience.
Due to the extreme temperatures in the summer, we require that the AC temperature be set at a minimum of 74 degrees. If not followed there is a chance of the AC unit shutting down.
