We really enjoyed our stay at Eurostars Palace Hotel. The room was lovely and spacious, with a glorious shower and bath/jet tub. The highlight of our stay was the pillow menu which we ordered from (free of charge) and the room service we had one night (although slightly pricier than I would have expected). I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cordoba - we only stayed one night but would happily return. The staff were all very lovely and the hotel is great value for money.

Great hotel and location!

We had a great one night stay. We arrived very early before check in and was delightfully surprised we could get into our room.!! It was great to refresh and chill before we started our day. Front desk was great to work with and order a cab for us to go to the train station. Lovely hotel!

This is a very nice semi-upscale hotel. Location is halfway between train/bus station and historic quarter, which was ideal for me since I arrived by train and it put both within walking distance. Breakfast buffet is large and varied. Room was spacious by European standards and quite comfortable. Sliding glass door separates bedroom from bathroom, which had a bidet and a both a shower and bath. Room had coffee maker, safe, mini fridge. I would stay here again.

Proximity to Alhambra is worth the expense

The shower did not drain properly and when I informed the hotel, they brought me extra towels to soak up the floor and it appeared to be fixed the next day. The amenity soaps at the bathtub were empty and again, the front desk immediately brought us replacements. I found the front desk staff very efficient and courteous. The only downside was that the Turkish bath/sauna was an outside walk to get to. During cold weather, we could not take advantage of it (although it was lovely) because we’d be too cold walking across the outside pool deck and down stairs (also outside) before reaching a temperature controlled environment.

Very well located for sightseeing. Room a bit noisey as in the centre of a busy area. Staff very helpfull especially in-house tourist guide. Front desk staff also very helpfull.

Amazing staff!

My sister and I booked this hotel for 3 nights. Each day we met new and different staff who were all so kind amd welcoming. They were so accommodating, it made us feel at home. Not to mention the location was great as well. I would definitely book with them again.

This hotel was very well located, even though it’s outside of the old town, the mosque is about a 500 meter walk and everything around is very close by. It is a nice property and the staff were very welcoming
