    Fantastic location, great price!

    Overall a good stay. The unit location is incredible, right in the heart of the city but on a very quiet street. For the price we paid, this was an unbelievable bargain fora a 2 bdr apartment!We did have a couple of unfortunate issues though. The unit smelled of humidity which (we were told) may have resulted from the heatwave that was occurring. The agency dropped a dehumidifier within hours and we aired out the unit a bunch and it resolved itself.We also lost electricity for a few hours but again, the agency and owner sorted it out promptly.Recommend if the issues called out were one offs! :)

    Hébergement très bien situé avec le parking pour le plus. Grand spacieux mais petit bémol mais tout de même la télévision et un sèche-cheveux dans la salle de bain mis à part cela rizn à redire. Nous reviendrons pour découvrir la rochelle encore plus en detail.Merci pour ce beau séjour et ces bons souvenirs. Bonne soirée

    Localisation parfaite avec parking

    La localisation était parfaite avec voiture garée dans la cour intérieure privée. Accès idéal pour personne âgée.Rue très calme, rez-de-chaussée frais.Seul « problèmes » étaient la propreté (vaisselle poussiéreuse ou sale), des poêles bonnes pour la poubelle, l’absence de congélateur/freezer, et les rénovations qui manquent franchement de finitions.Cela dit, l’endroit où est situé l’appartement, son accès facile, prennent le dessus sur les points négatifs.

    Quartier très calme tout en étant en centre ville Appartement bien. Manque d’aération dans la mezzanine et il faudrai une porte pour la douche. Sinon tout était super Très bon séjour

    Très bel appartement idéalement situé !

    Très joli et pratique appartement avec 2 chambres dont 1 en mezzanine et 1 place de parking privative. En plein centre de La Rochelle, à deux pas du vieux port et des tours de La Chaîne et de Saint Nicolas, mais complètement à l’abris du bruit, nous avons tout fait à pieds !

    Très bon séjour

    Hébergement idéalement situé, à 2 pas du port, à proximité de tous les commerces, tout en étant très calme. La place de parking accolée à l'appartement est un vrai plus. Spacieux et lumineux nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille avec 2 enfants.
