Excellent

Easy to find, beautiful spacious 3 bedroomed house. The host, Richard & his wife Marthe greeted us on arrival with their granddaughter who kindly translated for us. All were very friendly. They gave a tour of the house so we knew where everything was and we were told if we needed anything to just let them know. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, comfortable lounge area. Spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Separate toilet & bathroom on each level. Lovely established big garden with seating, table and loungers. WiFi access throughout. Short walk into the town with shops, good choice of restaurants, the cathedral and the beach just beyond. About half an hour walk to the aquarium. Excellent accommodation & location, would recommend & would definitely return.

Un havre de paix en plein La Rochelle !

Une semaine de repos dans cette superbe maison idéalement située et équipée. Située près du centre mais avec le calme, à 15 minutes à pieds du port et des activités. Maison moderne, équipement parfait et un très beau jardin. Nous avons passé une superbe séjour en famille accueillis par Marthe et Richard des propriétaires extrêmement attentionnés. Excellente communication également. Nous recommandons à 200% cet endroit.

Ein Paradies in La Rochelle/Un paradis à La Rochelle

Richard und seine Frau waren sehr freundliche, entgegenkommende, großzügige und diskrete Gastgeber, die ein Haus auf demselben Grundstück bewohnen. Die Kommunikation war zu jedem Zeitpunkt unkompliziert und offen. Das Haus entspricht den Angaben und bietet eine umfassende Ausstattung und durchdachte Details. Das Highlight ist der große, ruhige und sichere Garten, der eine Oase mitten in der Stadt darstellt. Die Lage in fußläufiger Nähe zur wunderschönen Altstadt und dem Alten Hafen ist einfach nur genial. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen. ------------- Richard et sa femme étaient des hôtes très sympathiques, arrangeants, généreux et discrets, occupant une maison sur la même propriété. La communication était simple et ouverte à tout moment. La maison correspond aux informations et offre un équipement complet et des détails bien pensés. Le point culminant est le grand jardin calme et sécurisé, qui est une oasis au milieu de la ville. L'emplacement à distance de marche de la magnifique vieille ville et du vieux port est tout simplement génial. Nous pouvons recommander cet hébergement à 100%.

Très belle propriété

Très belle maison, récente et spacieuse. Le jardin aussi est très grand et très bien entretenu, il constitue un espace vert au centre de la Rochelle. Propriété proche du vieux port, 15 min à pied. Les propriétaires sont chaleureux et disponibles. C'est un endroit idéal pour visiter La Rochelle et ses environs.

Très bon séjour au cœur de la ville !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison toute neuve que nous recommandons. Les hôtes sont tout à fait charmants et à l'écoute. La maison est très bien située et bien équipée (nous étions 4 adultes et 1 jeune enfant). Un petit point d’amélioration possible : il ne manque plus qu’un canapé dans le salon pour se reposer en fin de journée.

Bel emplacement, jolie maison, très calme

La maison est bien située et spacieuse. Nous ne savions pas que la maison était située sur le terrain de la maison des propriétaires et je pense que c'est un point important à préciser clairement. Il n'y a pas de rideaux dans les pièces de vie, on peut donc voir les propriétaires arroser le jardin et donc on se sent un peu moins libres même si les propriétaires ne sont absolument pas intrusifs. Il n'y a pour le moment pas d'espaces pour se reposer réellement après une longue journée de visite. Il n'y a pas non plus de véritable salon de jardin et on peut manger au plus à trois sur la table qui est dehors. Les photos sont conformes mais ne donnent pas d'indication sur le confort. La maison n'est pas pourvue de volet donc vous n'aurez pas le noir complet et les rideaux occultants laissent passer pas mal de lumière au petit matin dans les chambres à l'étage. Il manque également des verres (12 verres pour 6 c'est un peu juste en été !) sinon la cuisine est bien équipée. Les espaces sont néanmoins agréables et l'emplacement nous permet de visiter la ville très facilement. Nous avons pu nous garer au plus loin à 4 mn à pied et pour charger et décharger il est possible de se garer juste devant la maison.

Très bon accueil par les locataires, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison lumineuse, très propre et très bien située, à 5 minutes à pied du marché. Très belle maison en centre ville, conforme en tous points aux photos et à la description. Vaste, confortable, très grand jardin, aménagement neuf. A deux pas du grand marché et du centre. A noter la délicate attention des propriétaires d avoir decoré la maison pour Noël. Une destination idéale pour un séjour à La Rochelle où nous serons heureux de revenir.

Séjour merveilleux centre ville La Rochelle

Nous (deux adultes et 3 enfants âgés de 6 à 12 ans) avons passé un séjour merveilleux à la maison de Richard et Marthe. La maison est très confortable et entièrement équipée. Nous nous sommes immédiatement sentis chez nous. La maison est très bien située à La Rochelle au point que vous pouvez vous rendre à toutes les attractions en moins de 10 minutes (restaurant, aquarium, shopping, marché ouvert (impressionnant!), Plage, etc.) et vous pouvez oublier votre voiture. pourtant, il est très calme: il est en fait entouré d'un grand jardin où nos enfants ont adoré jouer. Richard et Marthe ont été très chaleureux et amicaux et ont répondu à toutes nos questions. en outre, ils nous ont donné tant de recommandations et astuces pour visiter les environs! Merci Richard et Marthe d'avoir rendu notre séjour à La Rochelle si agréable! Nous reviendrons à coup sûr.
