Logement très bien situé près du vieux port et conforme à l'annonce. Très bien aménagé et équipé. Les consignes pour l'arrivée autonome étaient précis. Tout était parfait, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Location decevante

Studio en centre ville mais l'immeuble est très vieux la cage d'escalier sent le vieux bois rance et c'est très sale, poussières et vétusté. Les 2 fenêtres donnent sur une petite cour et surtout sur le toit d'un restaurant d'où l'on entend les pigeons et les 2 Pompes à chaleur, c'est extrêmement sale visuellement et bruyant. L'appartement n'est pas très propre les vitres sont sales et la salle de bain est très poussiéreuse. Pas de tir bouchon pas d'essoreuse à salade. Appartement bruyant si on ne ferme pas les fenêtres, difficile en été. Pour information, le stationnement gratuit est assez loin, pas facile de décharger les valises. Un geste commercial serait apprécié.
