FUE UNA EXPERIENCIA PÉSIMA. EL TIPO ENCARGADO ME INDICÓ QUE HABÍA ANULADO MI RESERVA 3 MESES ATRÁS, LO CUAL CREO QUE ES MENTIRA DE ÉL, PUES NO CREO QUE HOTELS.COM NO ME LO COMUNICARA OPORTUNAMENTE. POR LO TANTO NO PUDE HACER USO DEL DEPARTAMENTO
