Perfect central location

This beautiful apartment was very clean, very safe, and close to everything. Our group of 8 found our way around very easy. the location is perfect. Close to great restaurants, shopping, and train station. We really enjoyed the open market around the corner with fresh fruits and veggies. The train station was great and can take you pretty much anywhere in Italy. Mary's handbook was very helpful. Please read through it once you arrive.

Perfect location

We rented the apartments to attend a local conference and could not have found a more central and convenient location. Everything was less than 15 minutes walk and the host Mary was excellent and helped us out with taxis and other matters. Would definitely stay again

Great apartment for 6 adults

Very clean and modern. Actually 2 separate apartments connected by a common foyer. Very easy access to cinque terre. The La Spezia boardwalk was also very beautiful. Owner’s rep provided very good service and the owner was easy to reach as well.

A Hidden Gem

From the moment we were met at the door to hugs before leaving our stay in La Spezia we loved our adopted home. We used both sides of the unit allowing our grandsons to sleep close to their parents on the comfortable pull out beds. The larger unit had plenty of space for us to cook breakfasts and hang out. The unit was spotless and we had more than enough cutlery, pots and pans etc. The grocery store, a two minute walk, had everything we needed. Catching the trains to Cinque Terre was very easy, just a 20 minute walk with two running 6 and 3 grandkids and a window shopper. There are many fine restaurants close to the unit. I highly recommend this rental.

Nice apartment

Overall we enjoyed our stay.. we made the best out of it. There were 7 of us and wasn't aware that it was 2 separate apartments joined together. We were disappointed with the setup.. because we wanted to all be together but it just wasn't set up that way. We were hoping if would have been a bit cleaner but we got there a bit earlier than check in time so maybe a bit rushed to get us in. Francesca that greeted us was wonderful and very accommodating.

Nice apartment. Great hosts!

This is a delightful apartment and the hosts (Mari and Francesca) were so accommodating. Things to consider are 1. This apartment is located in La Spezia, which is not my one of the Cinque Terre towns (the name is misleading), and 2. You cannot use much electricity at the same time or it will pop the breaker (this seemed to be true for all of Italy from pour experience). Otherwise a great and comfortable stay. We used the kitchen and it was well equipped. The elevator was very convenient and we actually did use the washing machine (although there is no dryer). Overall i do recommend it. Would have given 5 stars if not for the misleading name.

Vaste appartement, mais...

Nous avons été plutôt déçus par cet appartement. En effet pour le check in il n’y avait personne, nous avons pénétré dans la location avec des codes. L’appartement est très grand et comprend en réalité deux appartements, mais il n’y a pas de pièce de vie qui correspond à la capacité de 8 ou 9 personnes, La vaisselle est réduite au minimum. Des personnes doivent coucher dans la cuisine ! Cette location est aucunement luxueuse malgré son appellation et aussi par rapport au prix demandé. Ce qui est positif c’est que ce logement est très bien situé pour accéder aux commerces, aux restaurants, aux bus, à la gare pour la visite de ces magnifiques Cinque Terre. L’appartement se trouve dans une rue très calme.
