Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Apres un appel telephonique le matin de mon arrive a la station de train de La Spezia confirmant la prise de l'appartement pour 13:00 hr, on s'est retrouvé devant une porte sans reponse. Apres un nouvel appel pour savoir ce qui se passaitau proprio. On s'est fait dire que la reservation était annulé. Nous nous sommes retrouvés a la rue. .
