Wonderful holiday

This is a lovely house. We had beautiful weather and were glad we took an extra 2 fans with us as bedrooms were warm at night. Pool was great.

Great stay in a nice and confortable house

We had an excellent stay at the house and were thoroughly satisfied with everything. The house was well-maintained and equipped with everything one might need. Although there is a railway nearby, we didn’t hear it at all during our stay. We were particularly impressed with the communication with our host, Carol, who was always quick to assist us whenever we needed anything. We highly recommend booking this property and would love to return in the future.

Très belle maison de vacances

L'hôte est très agréable. La maison et son état sont parfaits. La piscine a été très appréciée avec les températures élevées ! Quelques petites choses à améliorer mais rien de génant, surtout que si nous avions communiqué avec l'hôte, cela aurait été corrigé immédiatement (par exemple un ventilateur avec les fortes chaleurs). Bien située, tant en voiture qu'à vélo, mais comptez 10 minutes à pied pour les restaurants (très bons). Pas de quoi nous freiner en vacances. Bref, nous recommandons !

Maison parfaite

Bien située pour rayonner entre Arcachon et Gujan. Proximité pistes cyclables et commerces. Tout confort a l'intérieur et a l'extérieur. Vélo a disposition ce qui est un grand avantage en période estivale. La proximité de la voie ferrée ne gêne pas le calme ambiant. Accueil sympathique ! Adapté aux séjours entre amis ou en famille(s).

Nous avons passé un très bon sejour dans cette maison, idéalement située pour découvrir le bassin d'Arcachon ! Par ces températures caniculaires la piscine a été un grand plus! Les vélos mis à disposition permettent de laisser la voiture le remps des vacances. Accueil à l'arrivée et au départ au top!

Nous avons passé 3 jours entre copains dans cette superbe maison avec piscine dans une région très agréable.Tout confort, pratique, proche de tout,très bien équipée et très bien arborée , cette maison est parfaite.Si on ajoute à ça un super accueil de la propriétaire et le soleil en plus pour profiter de la piscine…Tout est dit! Bel emplacement pour découvrir Arcachon et le bassin

Très belle maison au calme, bien équipée. La propriétaire est très disponible. Bon accueil. Malgré une météo capricieuse, nous avons apprécié le bassin d'Arcachon. La piscine mériterait d'être chauffée, ce qui serait un atout supplémentaire. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Super séjour, belle maison calme et pas trop loin du centre de La Teste et d'Arcachon. Propriétaire très agréable et arrangeante. Je conseille donc cette location pour des vacances réussies.

Très jolie maison, agréable et bien située

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits et 3 jours dans cette jolie maison idéalement située proches de commerces et seulement à 10 min en voiture d’Arcachon. Elle est confortable et dispose de toutes les commodités pour passer un agréable séjour. Nous n’avons hélas pas pu profiter de la piscine car le temps ne le permettais pas. On capte la 4G et possibilité de se connecter en wifi si nécessaire. L’hôte Carole nous a très bien accueillie nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Nous recherchions une location dans les alentours du bassin d'Arcachon pur 8 personnes et nous n'avons pas été déçu de la propriété de Madame Alves, qui a été très accueillante. La maison dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Dommage pour le mauvais temps mais nous avons pu profiter de la maison pour rester au sec !
