Excellent emplacement mais état de l’appartement deplorable

L’emplacement et l’agencement de l’appartement sont idéal. Mais l’état de vétusté gâche l’ensemble: la moquette n’a pas été nettoyée depuis tres longtemps, le canapé en tissu sent la poussière, les jardinières de la terrasse ne contiennent que des mauvaises herbes, la salle de bain est en partie rouillée. Dommage

Résidence TOP

La résidence et son emplacement sont top , En ce qui concerne l'appartement , son orientation (sud) et la vue sur le port de plaisance sont très appréciables , ce qui inadmissible c'est le manque de propreté dans la salle de bains , les équipements qui la constituent sont Obsolètes (je n'ai jamais vu une telle pièce d'eau). C'est dommage . L'équipe qui s'occupe de la gestion est efficace et très disponible .
