The Cocoonr agency offers this charming house for rent in La Turballe, less than a kilometre from the beach, with a swimming pool, a surface area of 110 m² and capacity for up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of around 100 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is available. We look forward to welcoming you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor:
- A 35 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area, fireplace (wood not provided)... - A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with bathtub - A separate WC Upstairs: - Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 4: 2 single beds - A shower room with shower and WC

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A private, heated swimming pool (8m x 4m) open from May to the end of September, with a manual bar cover. The opening dates of the swimming pool are not contractual.
A pool maintenance technician will visit every fortnight during the season. - A beautiful 100 m² enclosed garden - A 25 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days The house is ideally located in La Turballe, in a very pleasant environment. If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to two vehicles.
