Casa Vela La Ventana - A contemporary home in Paradise

This listing is for a contemporary house comprised of 2 one bedroom units in a house. One on the main floor and the second on a elevated level on the second floor. Both floors have a large deck with spectacular view and a full kitchen and fenced yard. The house is in a central location, though away from the noise of the main road (2 blocks) within a short walking distance to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery store. The house is contemporary, simple, functional with incredible views of the ocean and Cerralvo island (spectacular sun rise and sun set) from the three outdoor livings spaces and it has a fire pit in the yard for an evening of star gazing. There is a full kitchen downstairs and a small kitchenette upstairs, several coffee makers and an espresso machine.
