I was at the hotel for several days. The maid did not clean my room on one of those days. I even noted the problem at check-out. The person at the front desk said if I reported the issue to Hotels.com, I could get a refund on one night's cost. Please consider this a formal request to reach out to the hotel and confirm that offer. Thanks!

We had a issue with ants infestation front office was notified of this matter did video this issue
These looked like ants but don't really know what bug it was
They were everywhere in the bathroom couldn't shower or wash our face or brush our teeth
