This property is equipped with an outdoor Nest security camera located on the upstairs patio, facing away from the house to monitor the backyard patio area only. The camera is installed for guest safety and property security, and it does not record any interior spaces. Additionally, a noise monitoring device is installed inside the home. This device is used exclusively to monitor decibel levels that may indicate parties or disturbances. It does not record audio or conversations and is in place to help ensure a safe, respectful, and peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.

Guest Access:
This is a basement unit with a completely separate entrance from the main level of the house. Guests have full privacy and exclusive access to the apartment.

To comply with legal and security regulations, guests need to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm contact details, pass through our verification portal, and possibly complete a criminal background check. Check-in instructions will be provided after successful verification.

Garbage Disposal:
After each cleaning, the trash bins are usually left on the side of the house, as this is the designated area for garbage. This is part of the regular schedule, and bins are collected from there. On Sunday night, guests are kindly asked to bring the bins to the front of the lawn for pickup.
