In the peaceful village of Kapelica, away from the tourist hustle and bustle, you'll find this holiday home with a swimming pool. The property is situated off main roads and noise but is still geographically very appealing. This detached house ideally accommodates 4 people and can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, as two additional individuals can sleep on the sofa.



The house has two bathrooms, making it an excellent choice for two couples who are friends and would like to spend a nice vacation together, with or without children.



It features air conditioning, which is sufficient to cool the entire house. The house was fully renovated in 2021, presenting a new kitchen, bathrooms, and beds.



The entire house and, of course, the 25m2 pool are exclusively at the disposal of the guest. Parking is also available.



Within a 20-minute drive, you can reach various beaches along different coastlines. If you need further assistance and support during your stay, the landlady in the neighboring house is ready to assist.
