Ideal for car-free holidays, it is situated in a lively area, while remaining comfortable thanks to the presence of a lift. The lake is 5 km away, which allows alternating between beach and water activities as desired.



The apartment offers a friendly living space with a bright living room, fitted with a table and chairs, a sofa and a television. The kitchenette area, integrated into the living room, is equipped with a sink, electric hotplates, a refrigerator, a microwave oven as well as storage with crockery and kitchen utensils. An independent bedroom has a double bed of 140 cm and a wardrobe, offering a pleasant sleeping area. A sleeping area at the entrance, with two bunk beds, allows children or friends to be accommodated with simplicity.



The bathroom includes a shower and a washbasin, while the toilet is separate. The balcony, accessible from the living room, offers a view of the ocean and is fitted with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors or a moment of relaxation facing the sea. A small garage is also included, suitable for a small car.



Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included and can be offered as an option upon request. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
