New apartment T3 nicely decorated of 60 m² in a secure residence with elevator for 4 people. The accommodation consists of an entrance overlooking corridor and living room consisting of a living/ dining room with sofa bed for extra bed, opening by bay windows on a balcony of 15m² with garden furniture. The beds are distributed in a first room with a double bed 160 cm and in a second room with two single beds 90 cm. The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, the WC are independent. The kitchen area is fully equipped. A bike room is available in the residence, as well as a private parking space. Tastefully decorated. Enjoy all the amenities of the central beaches of Lacanau on foot. Beaches, restaurants, shops 800m, Lake Lacanau 5 kms, golf 3 kms. (Ref. 02437) Holiday vouchers accepted. Animals are not accepted.
