Entertainers paradise in this lovely waterfront home remodeled in 2006/2007.
60' of waterfront lake living. Enjoy 900 sf Fiberon deck for barbecues. Half of the deck is covered for those chilly nights with outdoor furniture and fire pit for your enjoyment until 10pm.
Backyard looks out to the water, is completely fenced, has a Sports Court with tile surface for pickelball and heavy duty basketball hoop. Sport court hours end at 9pm.
Trex floating dock.
Artificial grass in both front and backyards.
Covered Hot Tub looks out to the water and sports court. Hot tub hours end at 10pm.
All stainless steel appliances and granite slab counters in the fully functional kitchen.
Washer and Dryer in the spacious laundry room.
We have video survelliance at the home to protect our home and neighborhood. We have a video doorbell, a camera on the outside deck near the barbeque and a camera by the covered deck area to make sure our guests observe quite hours. There are no cameras indoors.
We need to make sure the 9pm sport hours and 10pm outside firepit, hot tub, yard game and overall outside hours end at 10pm to respect the noise level for our neighbors. If this cannot be obverved, please don't request to book. Thank you for your understanding.

We had a wonderful, relaxing family reunion. Plenty of baking pans and utensils. Great family sleeping accomodations. Beautiful, peaceful views. Enjoyed the fire pit on the deck. Enjoyed the Christmas decorations. My daughter in law said it was the best Christmas ever. Would definately recommend.

We are a group of ladies that have been friends for almost 50 years and plan a getaway in September every year. This was an awesome house on a beautiful lake. The owners were easy to communicate with and very very accommodating. We loved the welcome bottle of wine. Very nice touch! This house is a definite.WINNER!!!

Beautiful location

We had a family wedding in Olympia and needed a large home for extended family. The location was great and we enjoyed the lake. We did have balls go into the neighbors yard - we were told to go over and ask for permission, but had a tough time getting a hold of the owner. After a full day we managed to have a conversation with him and he was fine with us going into his yard to retrieve balls. The home was very nice, but there were some dirty things we found - fans and some cooking items needed to be cleaned. Note the upstairs bathrooms are on the small side. Not meant for more than one person at a time.

Class trip

I took a group of 7 sixth graders to Washington to enjoy Great Wolf Lodge and some other fun activities. We chose this property together as a class and it was even better in person. The kids loved the games, the fishing, and everything about the house.

A weekend with friends

I spent the weekend with 15 other women at the lake house. It was a beautiful house with an incredible view of the lake. I wish we were there in the summer so we can take advantage of all the outdoor activities. However, even in the spring it was absolutely beautiful. There was a ton of space both inside and out. With all of us in the house, it never felt crowded. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. With the exception of one step the front porch, the whole main floor was wheelchair accessible. I would love to stay there again!

Lake house

This house has a great view and all the fun things for the lake and outdoors. Plenty of room for our four generation family vacation. My son kayaked on the lake,we played pickle ball and yard games. We all had great fun.in the evening we relaxed on the deck by the fire. This was a great house. Our family had a great time here.

Perfect for a weekend getaway

This property had everything needed for a bunch of guys to have a great weekend. Perfect for a low-key bachelor party. The quiet hours were a small annoyance, but we had plenty of fun regardless.

So much space!

This is the perfect friends and family getaway on the water. The outdoor spaces are all amazing and furnished with super comfy and relaxing furniture inside and out. The spaces are big and spread out so that you don't feel all jammed together. The beds were super comfortable and the bunk room could sleep up to 8 is excellent for all the kids. Plenty of water toys to keep everyone busy not to mention all the yard games, pickleball, basketball, and ping-pong in the oversized yard. We will definitely rent it again and hope to make this a regular summer stay.

Beautiful lake home

Had a wonderful time staying here with my family. Perfect spot for my daughter’s graduation party. We enjoyed the sport court, paddle boarding, and hot tub. Would highly recommend to families looking for a fun gathering space in Lacey.

Wonderful Celebration

We hosted a celebration for a milestone Anniversary and it was a great place for us to all enjoy each other. We enjoyed some of the extra amenities such as the piano, so we had a chance to do something we enjoy - sing songs! We would definitely book this spot again with or without a celebration in mind! Celebrating Xmas with family

This home was a perfect fit for our family. We had plenty of space both upstairs and downstairs, which was really nice, as being there around Xmas, it was to cold to enjoy the outside activities. We did enjoy being out on the deck and snuggling on the patio furniture around the table top gas fire and enjoyed the lake view. They even had a Xmas tree for us! We also took the kids into Olympia to the ice skating rink which was a hit! Wonderful family memories! Sarah the property manager was also great!! Thankyou!

Lovely fun property

This is a great property that offers a lot of fun things to do for all ages. There's a pretty early curfew for outdoor activities, which is entirely reasonable given the close in neighbors and lake environment sound travel. One neighbor shined a light on my wedding rehearsal at 8:30, which was not loud but again, given the lake environment, was understandable. This is a beautiful property and we highly recommend it for activities with quiet evenings.
