With a spacious open floor plan and a beautiful outdoor living space, this family home is an entertainer’s paradise. In addition, we can provide a 7-seater Tesla Model Y for your local travel needs at a discounted price (arranged through a separate platform upon request).

The chef’s kitchen features generous island with plenty of seating and a dining table that seats up to 10. The high-end stainless steel appliances include dual ovens, microwave, air fryer, KitchenAid fridge, and Breville Barista coffee machine.

This house offers 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the second floor, a 1st floor family room that can be used as a 4th bedroom (w/sleeper sofa) with adjacent 1/2 bath as well as a 3rd floor bonus room with walk out balcony and another 1/2 bath. This 3rd level light-filled den offers 270° sunrise to sunset views! The spa-inspired master suite on the 2nd floor features hillside views, dual sinks, makeup vanity, walk-in shower and luxurious oversized soaking tub.
