Refrigerator leaked water and then stopped working. My wife and I had to throw leftover good away and use towels to wipe ip the water. Very slippery. We told housekeeping and the front desk but nothing was done. We were only told the maintenance man called off work.

Based on my experience 'there's a lot to be desired ' no room service after eight 'meaning there wasn't adequate linens 'the microwave oven didn't work and the front desk clerk stated that there wasn't any maintenance person on duty after 8pm' this is unacceptable 'period.

Showing its age

Concern with tub/shower…no anti skid surface and grab bar was located outside of curtain. Didn’t like fall potential on very slippery tub surface. Wood portion of floor at vanity was not clean; unsure how clean carpet was. Poor WiFi connectivity and dropping signal. Minimal daily room service. Select TV channel needed PIN #, not a premium channel, just a cable news one. Front desk of no help.
