The good: AC cold Air, Hot Water worked well. The Bad: Poorly managed. No Coffee, Bed mattress, sheets pillow covers reused/odor. Had to pick up a room coffee machine, it had previously used coffee glued, small roaches inside. Front desk so helpless, naive, like no issues!!!

The property is fine if you are looking to save money. But it is bare bones. No extra touches. Example, no tissues. Walls are bare. Quality is below what I expect from a 4-star facility. 4 out of 10, maybe. 4 out of 5, never.

When I arrived after a long trip, the room was dirty, infested with cockroaches, and had no hot water. I reported the issues to Expedia and requested a refund for one night so I could move to another hotel, but they denied it even after I provided photos. To make things worse, I was abruptly woken up the next morning by a loud knock a hotel staff member rudely told me to leave because they claimed the night wasn’t paid. I showed him my receipt and he left without even apologizing. Completely unacceptable. I would never stay here again.

Excellent staff

This hotel exceeded my expectations, we were tired from a long drive in and booked this hotel for the night. We arrived a few hours prior to check in time and the gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to allow us to check in early. Overall the staff and room were to my liking, the area appeared questionable however, we had no problems at all. It was quiet and everyone was friendly.
