This bungalow is situated on a resort with two golf courses Gramacho golf and Vale Da Pinta course just 10 min by car from Carvoeiro and Ferrugudo .The resort offers clients the use of the communal swimming pool which is heated (in winter months)with separate children's area. There are plenty of sun beds provided with umbrellas for shade.
The bungalow offers two bedrooms, one double and one twin both with en suite bathrooms. The living area is open plan and presented to a very high standard with stylish furniture and wonderful design The bungalow is fitted with Electric Blinds in each room and air conditioning / warm heat air in each room for the winter months

The space

The golf course Gramacho is on site and offers 18 holes, a wonderful club house open from 7am-10pm. The sister golf course Vale Da Pinta is a few min drive away
The property has been recently refurbished with new kitchen offering quality Bosch appliances and the bathrooms have been tiled with materials which reflect the traditional Portuguese style but with a modern twist.
Patio doors from the lounge lead to a covered outdoor lounge area with sofas and a coffee table. There is a garden with lawned area for children to play with sun loungers. A modern Barbecue is there for you to us. There is also a heated indoor pool so this location is great at any time of year.
The facilities on Gramacho are outstanding for couples or families alike, the location is peaceful yet just a short drive to Carvoeiro and the beach.

A perfect spot on the Algarve

We stayed at the property as a family of 4, with children aged 8 and 12. The apartment is an ideal size, with all the fittings and fixtures a family could need during their stay. The apartment is less than 60 second walk to the pool and only 2 minutes from the Gramacho clubhouse. It is also fantastic for visiting local sites such as Carvoeiro and Slide & Splash water park. We used the golf course twice and took the short ride to Vale da Pinto to play once. The course we in good condition and reasonably priced for two with a buggy. The property manger was super responsive and even came when I struggled with the gas canister on the BBQ. He was also always available if we had any questions. Made the whole trip even smoother. Highly recommend and the whole family are already thinking of coming back again next year.

Excellent

We had an absolutely fantastic time, the bungalow is beautiful, the kitchen has everything you need, and the bed is super comfy. Really charming. The complex is lovely and very near a beautiful beach. Violet was super helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend it.
