A great space, large property, well equiped kitchen, would stay again.

The property has a great driveway and the pool is lovely for when it is very warm weather (it cannot be heated but it is quickly warmed by the sun). The property has a large very comfortable kingsized bed and 2 good sized bathrooms. It has 2 twin bedrooms, one of the single beds is slightly smaller (as it stacks under another single bed) so more suitable for a child than an adult but it is more than possible to sleep on it. The kitchen has lots of pots and pans and very good sized fridge-freezer. Great indoor sitting room and TV, good wifi. Really short walk to shops and restaurants, about 10 min walk to Caveiro Beach. I would recommend that the property update some of the outdoor sun loungers as they need a bit of love (that would make me give this a full 5 stars). I would recommend this property to a family and to a group of 5-6 of adults (a 6th could sleep on the smaller bed if they wanted to). We really appreciated the mid-week clean, all communications with the team/owners was great and we would stay again. Thank you very much!

The villa was great for 6 people having your own pool was a bonus Across the road the lovely Tivoli hotel & a walk down the road to the town We didn’t use a car did use hop on / off bus to visit other places Great choice of restaurants & a market for bbq ‘s Overall a great holiday

A well provided villa in a great location. A short walk into Carvoeiro town where there is a good beach and many fine restraunts. A short drive to some really good beaches. Loved our holiday would recommend.

Amazing location

Beautiful large villa. Very cool interior. Outside area lovely. Large pretty gardens. Location ideal, close to shops bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Beaches within 15 min walk too. Lovely quiet area. Near to boardwalk along the cliffs. Only downside is the barking dogs next door and the villa smelled a bit “un-lived in”.

La propriété correspond à l'annonce mais l'hôtel à proximité met de la musique fort le soir. Les chiens du voisinage aboient énormément la nuit.

Carvoeiro und die Algarve wunderbar, wie immer.....

Die Villa als solche ist schön und das Hausmädchen war auch sehr zuverlässig und freundlich. Allerdings war die Villa in der Beschreibung als sehr gepflegt und die Lage als sehr ruhig benannt worden. Dies entspricht nicht den Tatsachen: - Die Villa liegt direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße ( nicht so viel Verkehr, allerdings nicht sehr ruhig ), direkt gegenüber liegt das Tivoli Hotel mit seiner Sky Bar, dort ist jeden Abend von 18.00 Uhr bis 23.00 Uhr laute Musik. Am schlimmsten sind die drei Hunde der Nachbarn, die pünktlich am Abend, in der Nacht und am frühen Morgen laut und andauernd bellen. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster ist nicht möglich. In den Schränken und im Garten des Hauses sind Gegenstände, die wohl andere Gäste zurück gelassen haben gehortet worden: - Walkmann, Discman.... - Strandspielsachen auf der Terasse - Wasserspielsachen, zum größten Teil defekt auf der Terrasse - ein sehr schmutziger Sitzsack am Pool.... - die Schranktüren in der Küche schließen nicht, klemmen Das verstehe ich nicht unter sehr gepflegt1
