Modern Villa, amazing private pool

5 Suites, 6 wc, 4 walk in closets, swimming pool 4x10 m 2m depth, cascade, 600m walking to the earest bech and town center, where you can fin many restaurants and bars and shops. 3 main supermarkets less tha 1km away. Very beautyfull beaches a few km away, so we advise the use of a car. The Villa is very spacious, and has a terrace with sea view where you can enjoy very nice sunsets, this area has also one shower.
there is a totally independent maintenance room on the back of the vila at garage level where the owners can stay or not, as we need and if you don't mind.

Carvairo villa

Excellent property. Very well equipped. Tastefully decorated. Super comfortable beds. Plenty of bathrooms. Pool and facilities outside were superb. Would definitely stay there again but need big group because expensive for a week.

Well equipped 5 bed villa

Overall the property description matched the reality. Whilst some years older than the photos ( garden now more mature and beautifully kept) the villa was well equipped. Some bedrooms also had sofas - made them a bit cluttered but useful for those who want separate space. Good feedback from Paolo when required. The hill back from the town to the villa is steep but taxi/uber circa 5 euros and worth it. Only advice on check-in is to ask Paolo to explain the front door. It has two settings - one to allow it to slam close, another to stop it slamming close. We failed to fathom out how to switch between the two settings which it did randomly!

5* Villa, extremely spacious and fantastic hosts

This villa exceeding our expectations. The photos and write-up don't do this property justice! The bedroom spaces are huge, each with walk-in wardrobes and private bathrooms. The outdoor balconies and roof terrace are so spacious and beautiful, there are several seating and dining options, and the pool was bigger than we expected from the photos. The villa is located away from the busyness of Carvoeiro, but close enough for us and kids (age 10-13) to walk in everyday. Fantastic to have to option of UberEats delivering meals to us. We managed without a car or taxis but younger children may benefit from the option of having a car to get them up and down the hill to the beach. Paulo, Fatima and their son were perfect hosts - offering advice about the local area and readily on hand via text if we needed anything. We cannot recommend this villa highly enough, it is the perfect property for a large family, or for a group of friends wanting their own space. Thank you so much :)

High spec villa in good location

Very nice stay here with two families of four. Good info beforehand from Paolo. Bedrooms worked incredibly well, each had a phenomenal bathroom attached and 3 of the 5 a walk in wardrobe. Rooms upstairs were light and airy. Downstairs rooms a bit darker but still worked well. Good aircon everywhere. Kitchen was lovely and high spec with all mod cons. Pool was a huge hit with the kids - long and relatively thin but very deep in part so great for jumping in. Location suited us well. It’s a 15 minute walk into Carvoiero which has plenty of shops, bars and restaurants and easy to get taxi or Uber back. We got Ubers slightly further out to dinner on a few occasions which was really easy. Also very easy to drive out to nearby beaches (Ferragudo less rammed than Carvoiero). Joao, Paolo’s son, was very friendly and helpful, and all ran smoothly. Highly recommended for families.

Wonderful villa

Really lovely villa with lots of space for multigenerational family in a quiet residential area. We were 6 adults and 4 children we loved the large bedrooms with walk-in closets and huge bathrooms. Really efficient aircon when needed. The pool was a huge hit for everyone good size to swim and children spent hours playing in it. Kitchen was extremely well appointed with everything you could need. 15 minute walk into Carvoeiro with its many restaurants, shops and bars. Uphill walk back although many taxis available if you would rather not walk.

Great home in a great location.

9 of us (3 couples plus kids) gathered here for a weeks family vacation. The house is set up perfectly, is very well equipped, in a very quiet private area no more then a few minutes drive to town and was immaculate. Excellent communications with the owner throughout. Would defiantly return.

We have just returned home after staying in this amazing villa, we were a family group of 9 with an age range of 8-80 and we were all so impressed by what was on offered. As other reviews have said the photos don’t give you an accurate idea of the space the villa has to offer- it’s huge, we were all so comfortable there that we did not want to leave! It’s a 15 minute walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Paulo and Fatima were the perfect hosts- they were staying in the flat underneath the house and were on hand at all times for recommendations of where to eat, etc ( we were able to message them via WhatsApp) but we did not see them otherwise and would have not known they were there. A definite 5 star holiday that I would highly recommend, many thanks Paulo and Fatima, we hope to see you again.

Family Celebration in an Amazing Villa

Our family of 7 adults and 3 children had a wonderful week in this luxurious villa. The villa offered so much more than the photoes showed. So well equipped and spacious with a great pool suitable for all ages. Lots of seating areas both inside and out. All 5 bedrooms had walk in wardrobes and huge en-suites! It was a 10-15 minute downhill walk in to town but there were plenty of taxis available if you didn’t want to walk back! Paulo and Fatima were lovely hosts who greeted us on arrival and waved us off at the end. In short, a wonderful memorable holiday!

Lovely villa - very spacious

This property is lovely with a significant amount of space that is not obvious from pictures- the bedrooms are incredible with large bathrooms and additional dressing space. It is at the top of a significant hill and about 10 minutes walk to the nearest shop /restaurants, which was a challenge for my mother. Hosts were very helpful with some minor problems we had at times during our stay. Very clean and great to spend time in.

Fabulous Villa

Our Family of 9 had a wonderful holiday at this luxury villa. Very spacious and well equipped, the pool has a shallow area for toddlers. We were warmly greeted on arrival by Paulo, his wife & son who gave us a tour of the villa. Great location with many beautiful beaches close by. We will definitely return to the villa as so much more to explore in the area.

Girls on tour

We are a group of middle aged ladies who are lucky enough to enjoy a week away each year to rest and relax This year we chose the beautiful villa cascade and we couldn’t have been more impressed The photos really don’t do this villa justice and the space both inside and out is amazing We were met by Paulo and Fatima who had prepared some welcome drinks and snacks which was a lovely touch Paulo could not have been more welcoming and any request we had was dealt with immediately I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious break in Portugal Just a short stroll down hill to the lovely town of carviero but take a taxi back as the hill is quite steep!!! Well worth the 4 euros Thank you Paulo and Fatima

Amazing villa in a brilliant location

We received a very warm welcome from Paulo and Fatima which included a short tour of the villa and some drinks. The villa itself was perfect for our group of 9 including 4 young children. It is very spacious upstairs and downstairs with generous sized bedrooms. Kitchen is well equipped with plenty of everything you might need, we also used the bbq outside one evening. The kids loved all the space outside the villa to roam around and play, plus plenty of kids toys are available in the garage so they had everything they needed. We enjoyed fresh plums every day from the tree! The main town was a 10 minute walk downhill, Paulo helpfully pointed out a shortcut path which we took every day. We had a hire car which enabled trips to other beaches and Zoo Marine park which the kids also loved. The pool has a shallow entrance area and then is quite deep but this was fine for our kids as they can all swim. A maid came part way through our stay and refreshed the towels which was a nice touch. Paulo was readily available throughout for any questions we had. Overall a very enjoyable stay, our only regret was that we were not staying longer ! Many thanks again Paulo and Fatima, we would definitely like to return at some point in the future!

Fantastic villa

Arrived early and was met by the Pauli and his family after a brief show of the villa we sat outside and enjoyed a vino with Pauli and his family. Lovely greeting made us feel at home There was 10 of us in 5 room all of which wAs a really good size . Terrace off three of the rooms on the first floor and also a large terrace on the roof over the first floor. Lots of space for everyone. Outside again was large and plenty of sun bed chairs for everyone around the pool and garden . Kitchen was massive with absolutely lots of modern equipment and cutlery etc All rooms also has aircon and shutter to shut out the sun when u had too much at night Location not too far to the main bars and restaurants down a hill So coming back is a little hard work in the hot sun but taxi was only 5 euros In all I would definitely recommend the modern spacious villa and everyone really enjoyed our stay Thanks Paulo and your family Pauli and Lisa

Magnificent Property

On arrival we were met by Paulo,His wife & son.We were given a short but useful tour or the property followed by a welcome drink and snacks.This property is very spacious and very modern with a fantastic pool and garden area.All the bedrooms are massive with four of them en-suite.The three upstairs bedrooms have large balconies and there is a large rooftop balcony.Outside the property the town lies around 10 minutes away all down hill.There are taxis in town if you don't fancy the walk back.The main supermarket is a taxi ride away and there are plenty of Ubers if that is your preference.I can't recommend this fantastic property enough and would highly recommend for any party of 8-10 people.I'm sure I will return to this property in the next couple of years.

Great house, everything you need for family holiday.

Great house, clean & well equipped. Owner very helpful & responsive & lovely warm welcome at beginning of our holiday. House has everything you need for big family. Great pool, with shallow area for young children & garden area, closed in for young children. Lots of pool toys, beach chairs, buckets, spades, bikes - all you need! Recommend hire car to get around town. Great holiday in this villa!

Warm welcome to a beautiful villa in a great location.

I booked this villa for my fathers 60th birthday and it was the perfect place to enjoy a family celebration. We were a group of 8 adults and 2 children and the villa had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing and fun week. Paulo gave a warm welcome to villa and was only a phone call away for any questions we had. The Villa itself is very well equipped and is spacious and modern. The balconies and amazing roof terrace mean the is plenty of space to have a quiet moment when you are not enjoying the great social spaces around the pool. Carvoerio is a 10 minute walk and has a great selection of bars and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Fantastic villa!

We loved this villa. We had such a warm welcome from Paulo and Fatima and immediately felt at home. Everything was so spacious (loads of closet space!), clean and comfortable and we had a great week. The pool and garden were the icing on the cake. The kitchen is amazing! It is in a lovely location just 10 minutes walk from Carvoeiro Centre with all its restaurants and bars. Large spacious Modern Villa

We stayed early August 2018 for a week and are a family of 5 including three teenagers. Before our arrival Paulo responded very quickly with the queries I had. We received a lovely welcome from Paulo and his wife and had a thorough tour of the villa with welcome refreshments. He was contactable throughout our stay with any issues /queries that may arise. The villa is in a good location with the main square of Carveiro about 10/15 lovely walk away where there are a vast array of restaurants and bars catering for all tastes. The villa is spacious and modern with a fabulous pool. The pool is deep but was perfect for our older children. The five bedrooms are sizeable with good storage and spacious bathrooms. There is full air conditioning throughout the property which was perfect in the August heat. The kitchen was well equipped and conveniently placed serving the various outdoor seating areas. The under cover outdoor dining area we used a lot providing welcome shade from the sun throughout the day and is also beautifully lit in the evening. The pool also has led lights that can be turned on in the evening - really lovely. The water feature is great and operated with a switch on a timer should you want to turn it off. The children had good use and fun with the pool all week often until late in the evening. There are plenty of loungers and parasols including on the roof terrace which also has a shower and dining area. Within two hours of our arrival a storm hit the area resulting in the electricity to the property being affected. Paulo immediately arranged for an electrician to visit who resolved the problem and a maintenance man visited the following day to fix some items following the storm damage. For a few days we also encountered debris on the decking and pool from the nearby fires due to the recent dry weather. Paulo kindly arranged addiional cleaning services which was appreciated. Bathroom and pool towels are provided and changed in the week. Bed linen was good quality. The kitchen has all the applicances from home - dishwasher, washing machine, ice maker/water dispenser, large fridge / freezer, microwave etc and well equipped. We didn’t use the outdoor bbq or bikes/ inflatables in the garage. WiFi was generally available in most of the house/garden and was a bit patchy sometimes. I would definitely recommend this villa to friends and family and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending.

Beautiful spacious villa

Gorgeous villa..would highly recommend..have just returned having spent seven nights here..we were a party of 8 ..we received a very warm welcome from Paulo and family. We had a tour of the villa then a glass of wine and nibbles..which was a really nice touch.. On the first night we did have a problem with one of the beds..but a phone call to Paulo the next morning..and all was sorted very quickly and efficiently..We spent a lot of time in the pool and made full use of the barbecue..The roof terrace is great with some fantastic views of the sea..It's about a 15 minute walk from the villa into the town and beach were there are some excellent restaurants.. This was our first time to Carvoeiro and we will definitely be back..Such a beautiful place and a fabulous villa..

Millionaires Pad

We arrived early on our first day but this was no issue for Paulo and his wife. We were greeted, shown around the stunning villa and then provided with welcome drinks and snacks. All of the bedrooms are amazing with huge en-suite bathrooms. We really felt like rock stars staying here. We stayed with my mum, 4 kids aged 12-20 and one of the kids boyfriend's. There is so much social space to spend time having fun together, but big enough to get your own space if you needed it. The pool is much bigger than the photos show and at 2 metres deep, perfect for adults and older kids. We got married during our holiday and Paulo arranged for the cleaner to come the day before so that everything was perfect for our photos. We had a night in a luxury suite at the Tivoli on our wedding day, yet coming back to the villa was still a step up. A perfect holiday and a perfect villa. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing!

This Villa is even better in person, the photos don’t do it justice. From the moment we arrived we were in love. Paulo and his wife greeted us warmly and gave a personalised tour of the Villa which made us feel very welcome. The Villa was lovely and clean, and a cleaner coming during the week for a once over. Location was perfect for us, an uninterrupted view over the ocean and a 5min walk down to the town and beach. Although the walk back to the villa is up hill, it is easily manageable (One of our group was over 60 and did it several times with no complaint). We had cars for the week so supermarkets were only 8min away, there are also several in the town centre for those not with transport. Carvoeiro is a beautiful town with a stunning beach and cost line, it’s also perfect for day trips to either Portimao, Lagos or Albufeira. I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone and would happy stay there again next time I’m in Portugal. Paulo was a pleasure to communicate with, very responsive to emails and any queries I had.

A Perfect Week!

My friends and I stayed at Villa Cascade in early September (2nd-9th) . The villa is beautiful, very modern and extremely well equipped.On arrival we were shown around by Paulo and Fatima who were very welcoming and informative. All previous reviews are accurate in every detail, I cannot imagining anyone would be able to find fault with such a lovely villa . We were a small group of friends but if you were part of a large group there is plenty of space, balconies and large roof terrace for individuals to have a quiet time. The villa is in a quiet location, yet only 15 minutes walk from the lovely town of Carvoeiro. A steep hill back but taxis are reasonably priced and plentiful if you feel less energetic. Anyone booking this villa will not be disappointed. We have recommended it to our friends and we would certainly return. Thank you Paulo and Fatima Mary P Jackson

Beautiful Villa

June/July 2016. We loved our stay at Villa Cascade, the beautiful, modern home of Paulo and Fatima who were there to welcome us and show us round the spacious en-suite rooms and roof terrace with lovely views. Many lazy days were spent lounging in the garden where we enjoyed the generously sized pool and lunch was often eaten on the poolside deck area, prepared in the light and airy, well appointed kitchen, the hub of the home. The villa sits in a peaceful residential location with Carvoeiro centre only around a 15 min walk away, where you'll find the beach, lots of restaurants, bars and shops.
