Outstanding 6 bedroom villa with heated pool and outdoor bar and BBQ on large beautiful landscaped grounds. As you enter the villa through the private gates you have a large parking area for as many as 10 cars.

The villa is split into two buildings, the main house and a cottage. The cottage has its own open plan kitchen and living room, it is fully equipped with oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher as well as all necessary small appliances and kitchen tools. There are two air conditioned bedrooms, the first with two single beds and the other with a king size bed, both have wardrobe space and air conditioning. You then have a shared bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.

Over to the main house you enter into the hall way and greeted by the large living room, you have a TV, sofas and a small area with table football. There is a large open fire place where you can use wood for cold winter nights. Backing on to the living room you will find the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to feel at home, all small appliances plus large range hobs and oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher as well as a top of the range Nespresso machine. The dining table is large and has space for 8 people. Next you have the laundry room, this is mainly home to the cleaners area however you do have a washing machine and tumble dryer for the guests to use. You will then find the first bedroom in the main house, there is a double bed and wardrobes and air conditioning.

On the other side of the house is the second ground floor bedroom, here you will find is two single beds and a sofa bed plus plenty of wardrobe space. Backing on to this bedroom is a large ensuite bathroom with a bath, shower cubicle, double sinks and a toilet. Head upstairs and there are the two master bedrooms, both with large superking size beds, wardrobe space and air conditioning. Both have their own en suite bathrooms, one with a shower, sink and toilet and the other with a shower, double sinks, toilet and a bath with views to the sea.

Outside the villa you have the amazing landscaped gardens, a heated pool with a water slide and waterfall surrounded by sunbeds, a BBQ area with a bar and beer pump (extra cost).
