Part of a small gated community of 4 linked villas, Villa A is the first you come across as soon as you enter the common entrance area.
Being an end one unit, features the largest private garden and its own pool, that can be heated upon request ( minimum 5 days before arrival) and additional payment.
On 2 floors, both bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs and leading onto the pool area. Bedroom 1 is a very spacious double bedroom with en suite shower room featuring a large walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and access to a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have their own fitted wardrobes and AC. Baby travel cot & high chair available at no extra cost.
Going up a flight of steps is the first floor comprising a very comfortable family room with dining area and open plan kitchen: fully furnished and equipped, including all cooking ware. Seating area with TV, DVD player and Ipod docking station as well as WiFi internet. Small balcony - South facing, overlooking the pool area and the mature landscaped garden.
Large Terrace on the West side of the villa enjoys lovely country views and a glimpse of the sea. Ideal for outside dining.
Kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas cooker and electric oven, toaster, kettle, electric grill and other bits and pieces. A BBQ and a large dining table and chairs by the pool terrace invites you to a lovely outdoor meal, while enjoying the sun and a dip in the warm pool. Several sun beds also available. Private parking space for 2 cars. Is not allowed to charge electric car at the property facilities.

Lovely villa with lots of outside space
We had a great time at the villa. It is a lovely house with lots of outside space (a definite plus) and a rather large pool. It is easy to reach. The only downside (if you can call it that) could be the location behind a set of garbage containers. It is easy to dispose of your own but we had garbage trucks collecting at 1 AM so if you are a light sleeper.... (which we are not). Other than that just great!

Great house in Luz
A wonderful week stay here in August. Well equipped with everything you need. Contacted Luisa a couple of times who was very helpful. Slight issue with the pool but this was sorted by the next day. Hope to return soon.

Amazing Villa
We had a great week at the villa . The pool was amazing, the outside space huge, the inside space & furniture lovely & very good quality. It had everything that you needed on holiday.Two bathrooms & two bedrooms on the ground floor & the living area & kitchen on the 1st floor. The top terraces were also amazing, lots of space & furniture for lounging on.
Only a couple of down sides, if you are a light sleeper , like me, not that it's anything to do with the villa owners, but there are four dogs across the road that bark at a drop of a hat & the local recycling bottle bank is at the front of the villa, which was a little annoying hearing bottles constantly breaking up.
Don't let this put you off, it's a lovely villa. Very close to Luz with a lovely walk along the sea front to get there & back. Bus stops very close to the villa to get the bus into Lagos.
Would definitely stay again.

Lovely villa, enjoyable family holiday
We had a lovely time at the villa, it's outside the main town of Luz, in a quite location. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We would return to this villa again in the future.

Wunderschönes Haus zwischen Luz und Burgau
Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern (9&12) für 14 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Standort zwischen Luz und Burgau ist perfekt, um mit dem Mietwagen die Vielzahl der Strände der Südküste zu erkunden und man ist auch in 20 Minuten an den Surfspots der Westküste. Das Haus ist hübsch eingerichtet, sehr sauber und man findet alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. Die verschiedenen Terrassen haben wir je nach Windrichtung und Sonnenstand alle gerne genutzt und der private Pool hatte genau die richtige Größe und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Auch die Kommunikation mit den netten Verwaltern von Cool Houses hat perfekt funktioniert und der Check-In und Check-Out verlief völlig problemlos.
Der einzige was wirklich etwas gestört hat, war das laute Gebell von drei Hunden, um ca. 6 Uhr morgens vom Grundstück auf der gegenüberliegenden Straße. Dafür können aber weder die Eigentümer noch Cool Houses etwas und da die Vorteile absolut überwiegen, haben wir für das kommende Jahr schon wieder reserviert.
