Outstanding Property

Great communication from start to finish. Was met at the property and everything explained to us. Keys and pool access cards provided. Very clean and tidy property and very well equipped. The bedroom was huge(!!) and comfortable. Would love to return in the future.

Wonderful apartment in a fabulous complex

We had a great holiday in this apartment in Praia da Luz. The apartment was perfect for what we needed - one adult and two young children. The bedroom upstairs is huge. We would have benefitted from a duvet cover and some more pillowcases for the sofa bed downstairs. There was an issue with the wifi and the coffee machine - both of which were fixed very, very promptly and efficiently. The owners and the property manager made themselves available to us at all times. We had the best holiday in a gorgeous apartment and we will definitely be booking again! Many thanks to Nathalie, Jean Francois and Hélèna x

Very pleasent stay at Luz

The appartment was just as described and pictured. Check in was punctual, performed with professionalism and lots of sympathy. The property management is located at luz so every even small problem can be solved quickly. The complex where the appartment is located is nice and calm. The pool was very relaxing and not overcrowded. All in one we enjoyed our stay very much.
