Flanked by cliffs, this beautiful villa boasts of spectacular sea views. Built on two levels, this spacious villa has electrically controlled roller shutters and is air conditioned throughout.
On entering main gate, there is a patio area with private parking with steps leading up to main entrance door. Leading off from entrance hall is a corridor to sleeping quarters and an elegant wooden staircase leads up to living area on 1st floor. On the first floor there is an open plan living/dining/kitchen with French sliding doors leading onto the top terrace with fantastic sea views. The terrace has its own outdoor dining table/seating and overlooks the beautiful swimming pool with its over-flow feature. The modern style kitchen with breakfast bar is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven.
