Perfect seaside villa for a quiet and relaxing holidays

This is a delightful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa situated just 100m from the sandy beach of Luz. Car hire is not necessary as everything is at hand, supermarkets, restaurants and café's right on your doorstep.

The villa has stairs down to the front door. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub). Spiral stairs take you up to the airy lounge/dining room that leads out through double doors on to the veranda.

Off the lounge is a well stocked, large re-furbished kitchen with all amenities needed and much more (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, among others).

The guests can also use, free of charge, the swimming pools of Luz Bay Hotel, and on a pay-per-use basis, all their spa facilities and tennis courts.

There is a parking space to the front of the property and a small garden to the rear.

Perfect location

A very enjoyable experience. Only thing that would have been nice would be some loungers for the deck. Kitchen was supplied nicely and the washing machine was great to have. Perfect location. Minutes to restaurants,bars and grocery stores. Beach was steps away. Could hear the waves from the deck. needed a car only for touring the rest of Portugal. Maria was a great manager

Luz stay

We stayed in this townhouse for a month, October/November. All the amenities were good however the townhouse is a little tired and needs painting. This did not affect our stay and the weather was tremendous.

My wife and I have just returned from a vacation in the seaside town of Luz. We both were amazed at how beautiful this area of Portugal is. Wunderbares Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben die Unterkunft sehr genossen. Viel Platz und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage ist einfach wunderbar. Sehr nahe zum Strand, kleiner Supermarkt um die Ecke, Restaurants fußläufig.
