Two-story sun-swept, 1860sq ft relaxed space with panoramic ocean and city-lights views overlooking Laguna Beach. Upstairs King Master suite with A/C and huge sundeck, bath with 2 private sink areas, second Queen bedroom with high ceilings, and a dedicated yoga room (or a third Full bedroom, or office) with hardwood floors. Spacious wood-floored living room has fireplace and balcony. Dining room with large table and huge framed mirror, and a separate breakfast nook adjoining the well-appointed granite-counter kitchen. Reverse Osmosis drinking water/soft water. Private back garden with patio table, as well as four-person deluxe hot-tub and natural gas grill. Two-car private driveway off-street parking. A mile's walk to Moulton Meadow's Park with tennis courts and hiking trails. Quick drive down to Laguna's beautiful beaches and restaurants, or to nearby Montage Resort. Laguna Trolley stop 300ft, free service to both Downtown and South Laguna. The fireworks on 4th of July from the deck are truly spectacular!! Weekly cleaning service included, additional may be arranged.

"We were visitors of our outstanding host Peter Hodgson at his beautiful home up in the heart of the hills above Laguna- our view was absolutely breathtaking. This three bedroom home is perfect for a family and you will be mesmerized by this 180 plus degree view of the pacific ocean. Location puts you in the vicinity of downtown Laguna Beach. Kitchen is well-equipped and the trip up the hill so worth that view."

Ocean And Village Views

We were more than pleased with our choice of this property from the minute we arrived. The house was spotless, well furnished, and has an incredible view. Peter, the owner, was very responsive of all of our questions or requests. The location was great, quiet neighborhood and quite close to town.

Best Trip Ever

PH’s crib is the bomb. Best espresso on the planet, walking distance to parks and great hikes, quick trip down blue bird/summit or Nyes (if it’s raining too hard) to pch. Absolutely love them and the house, hot tub was awesome and the AC in the bedroom, yep, you’re going to need it. I feel blessed for finding this VRBO and will be back for more.

Awesome House! Awesome Host!

From the spectacular views to the extraordinary hospitality of the homeowner, this is truly a rental to treasure. We loved watching the sunset over Catalina Island from the extra-wide balcony next to the master bedroom then moving to the backyard hot tub to complete our Laguna evenings. Homeowner Peter made sure we had absolutely everything we needed for our month-long stay and responded quickly and graciously to every request we made. His efforts made it possible for us both to work remotely, escape winter, and spend time with family living in LA. Thanks Peter! We'll be back!

Oasis in Laguna Beach

We had an amazing time at the “Cape Cod” home. The home was beautifully decorated which created a warm, inviting, and relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful artwork throughout, the beds were super comfy and the home was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well equipped with high end cookware. It was especially nice to have a coffee station (with delicious fresh coffee readily available) before enjoying a long walk at the “Top of the World” trail, just minutes from the house. Of course, the birds eye views of the ocean and the Laguna Beach city lights at night from each floor were magical - no need to ever watch television at this oasis. The backyard was also welcoming with trees and plants for privacy. We could not wait to enjoy an early breakfast in the backyard garden, sit in the jacuzzi under the stars, and prepare evening meals on the outdoor gas powered grill. Among our favorite experience, was meeting our host. He was very responsive, accommodating, respectful, and a delight to speak with - we really enjoyed our conversations. We would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful home, we stayed a month and wished we could have moved in indefinitely! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your wonderful home.

Fabulous Stay In Laguna Beach

We were three generations that stayed the entire month of July at this beautiful Laguna Beach Rental. Our host, Peter went above and beyond to make sure that our stay exceeded all our expectations. I've rented dozens of homes over the years and this was by far the BEST rental. Location was fantastic, a short drive to the beach but the trolley stop was only a few short blocks away. The home itself had three very nice bedrooms, it was very clean and very well maintained which was very important to us. The beautiful outside terrace overlooking the ocean was so beautiful and we really enjoyed this space. Peter really did everything we could have asked for . He provided us with fans for each room which really helped keep things cool. He even went as far as adding some curtains in the bedrooms for some increased privacy. I highly recommend this property not only for it's fantastic location, beautiful view and overall cleaniness but the owner was such a pleasure to work with and really does care about your stay. Thank you Peter, we will recommend your house to all our friends looking to stay in Laguna!
